Meet Glenda Krull

Glenda Krull is the Managing Broker of Windermere Real Estate, located in Lynnwood, Washington, serving Snohomish, King, and Pierce counties, as well as surrounding communities. Inspired by her father, who was a broker specializing in new construction, Glenda developed a passion for real estate from a young age. Upon relocating to Washington 33 years ago, she pursued this passion and has since specialized in residential real estate, representing buyers, sellers, and investors in both new construction and resale properties. She takes great joy in connecting with her clients and understanding their goals, providing them with the expertise needed to achieve their real estate aspirations.

Glenda particularly enjoys assisting seniors through life transitions, offering valuable insight into the level of care and housing options that best meet their needs. As a Certified Senior Transition Specialist, she approaches her work with empathy and dedication, ensuring clients and their families receive compassionate and informed guidance. Additionally, as a Senior Real Estate Specialist with extensive knowledge of estates, she navigates each stage of the process with care, keeping all parties informed and ensuring a seamless transition to a future home.

Deeply engaged in her community, Glenda currently serves as President of Snohomish County Camano Association of REALTORS®, sits on the executive committee for Washington Association of REALTORS®, and chairs the local chamber of commerce in Edmonds. Her dedication has earned her numerous accolades, including being named Realtor of the Year three times in the past decade, as well as being recognized as one of Seattle Magazine’s Best in Real Estate for 17 consecutive years.
